We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance, mainly to secure gorilla permits ($800) which sell out fast in high season.

Deposits for permits are non-refundable (UWA policy). For the safari balance: 60+ days out (10% fee), 30–60 days (50% fee). We provide full terms on booking.
